1. All Sales Are Final (Unless Defective)
Because of limited inventory and hygiene reasons for apparel/accessories, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
2. Defective or Wrong Item Received
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A description of the issue
If approved, we will either issue a replacement (if available) or a refund.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, NXIETY is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delays caused by the carrier
For lost packages, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear.
