1. Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during drops, restocks, or sales.
2. Preorder Shipping Times
For preorder items, please allow 3–5 weeks for production and fulfillment before your order ships.
This timeframe does not include carrier delivery time.
Once your preorder ships, the standard delivery estimates apply:
- U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your preorder item has shipped.
3. Standard Shipping Delivery Times
After the processing window (or preorder timeframe), delivery estimates are:
- U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by country, customs, and local carriers)
Delivery estimates do not include processing or preorder fulfillment time.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
After your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to begin showing movement.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
NXIETY is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages
If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
8. Customs & International Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
These fees are not included in item prices or shipping costs.
